Hi everyone,
I am excited to say with certainty that we will be going to Victory Training Center for tumbling practice during the season. Our assigned day is Thursday from 3:30-5pm. The district will be providing us transportation to and from the facility. Our expected return on Thursdays will be about 5:15, perhaps a little later due to traffic.
Our start date is Thursday, September 10. On Thursday, September 17 we have a football game that night. We will either change the tumbling date or arrange for a pizza dinner with the team after tumbling and before the game. I will provide more details when I can.
As per an earlier email, the payment will be broken down into 2 month sessions for a total of 3 sessions over the course of the season. We need to collect money for the first session, which runs from September through October. In addition, an annual registration fee is due for those girls who have not already used this facility this year. The owner of the gym would prefer to collect one check rather than 34 individual checks. Leslie Busichio will be handling the collection of the fees. All money/checks will be due to her to deposit into the cheerleading parents account. From that, she will write one check to the gym. If desired, this allows money from individual accounts to be used for payment.
The first payment and registration is due September 1st. Leslie has asked that all checks be sent to her by August 31st at the latest. Please make the checks payable to CB SOUTH CHEERLEADING PARENTS ASSN and are sent to her at 2069 Country Club Drive, Doylestown, Pa 18901.

Due August 31st
- $90 per for Fall I Session (8/30/09-10/24/09)
- $45.00 Annual Registration Fee for 1 participant or $60.00 Family Registration Fee for 2 or more siblings.
TOTAL DUE AUGUST 31st - $135.00 made out to CB SOUTH CHEERLEADING PARENTS ASSN and sent to Leslie Busichio.
Two additional payments will be required for the rest of the season. All girls will go to tumbling for the entire season even if they are not selected to be on the competition team. The amounts and dates are listed below. Reminders will be sent as the deadline approaches.

$90 per for Winter I Session (10/25/09-12/19/09)
Due December 14th
$$90 per for Winter II Session (1/3/09-2/27/09).Thank you for your support in this effort!
